Housing Survey DB problem - Inspectors w/ Pocket PC?

hi ok i have a problem.....

my DB is for housing surveys

i am desgining the Db from scartch(have forms and tables made(althoguh
maybe incorrectly)) and have 900 compelted 17 page surveys to add in.

the building inspectors go to he housing sites and fill out the surveys
and will bring them back and put them into the db

my boss was planning on getting palm pilots, but changed his mine, now hes
getting 2 pocket pcs or something that'll actually run access and not some
integration program like palm pilot.

so heres my problem....the PC at the office is the main DB.

there are 2 different housing inspectors with a pocket pc each..

how can i get it so that they can go do surveys (fills out the DB forms)
and then come back the the office's main DB and update it with what they
have.

im open to interperations.

Take a look at Vanguard Software's VISTA
Sounds like exactly what you need already built for you
http://www.vanguardsw.com/vista

They have a VistaMobile edition that allows you to do
surveys without connection and then sync with main
database when back at the office

Also I believe standard version can be set up to
support surveys through browsers in cell phones
and PDAs ( cheaper than pocket PC and one less
device user has to carry - assuming he already
is going to be carrying a cell phone ).

No programming required
