Hours taken to do a job

i have a spreadsheet that needs to calculate the no. of hours to do
job. Already filled in are the start and finish time and date. Jobs ca
span days and weekends, so i need to use networkdays function, i woul
also like it to account for lunch. Below is some info that will help:
Start of day:7:45
lunch start: 12:00
lunch end: 12:45
end of day: 16:00

I have tried a lot of different formulas but they dont work for al
situations.
One area i would like to include is still accounting for the tim
correctlly if they work an extra 15 minutes after work or before.
If a function is not possible a macro can also be used.
