excel timesheet and drop down boxes

hi

i have an excel timesheet with auto calculation, you enter the first
date of the month ie 1 may 05, and it calculates the rest of the month
and days of the week in columns B & C.

The main sheet looks like the following :

What id like to do is maybe setup some drop down boxes, or a popup
screen for the start times, finish times, lunch start/end. Rather than
the user having to keep typing in the times, so for example ifd you
start at 08:15, you can click on a link and get a list of times (08:00,
08:15, 08:30, 08:45 etc) and then click on the link that you want, which
would auto populate the correct cell

Maybe you could use data validation list
you type all times available in a blank column then in cell you want time to
go select data then validation and in validation criteria allow select list
and enter column with times in source box
cell will appear with arrow for drop down selection

just gotta make sure i put all times in the list, even 00:00
