hours and minutes calculation

does anyone know how to make a spread sheet formulae to
calculate hours and minutes, which reports in jours and
minutes?

Try:
=INT(B1-A1)&" jours "&ROUND(MOD(B1-A1,1)*(24*60),0)&" minutes "

I've rounded the minutes to the nearest minute.
