hotsync with new outlook 2003 and clie pda NX73v

I am not able to get new contacts in PC to sync with clie PDA since installing new small business 2003.
 
Have you checked with the Palm folks to see if they updated their software?
If you are using PocketMirror, have you checked with Chapura about updated
software?
