Hotmail will not open

I have trouble with my internet hotmail opening. It will open just fine
for a week or two, then it simply refuses to open on my computor.

My husbands computor will open my mail, but mine will not. My computor
will get on the internet, it just won't open hotmail
 
Clear all the cookies and temporary internet files and then retry.
