Hotmail Attachments

I'm running XP SP1 with all the latest windows updates
and I can't consistently add file attachments in
hotmail. I think it may be to do with the size as
anything less than 162kb seems to attach ok, anything
over 212kb and it doen't. I'm connecting to the net via
ISA Server 2000 and DSL, it used to work ok last year,
but the hotmail GUI has changed at some point and now it
doesn't. Any ideas?

i know my hotmail won't let me send over 500kb, i think
the paid hotmail upgrade will let you. i use outlook for
attachments.
