Hotmail Attachments

Whenever I receive an e-mail from a Hotmail account in my Outlook or Outlook
Express accounts, the photo or attachment is gone, doesn't even appear as an
attachment. Many of these attachments that don't appear are embedded jpegs.
Is there some configuration in Outlook or Outlook Express that will allow
these images to come through?
 
Change your Outlook settings, it might be set to TEXT ONLY, if it is so, then
change to HTML or RTF..
 
Thanks for your suggestion but I checked my settings and they are set to
HTML. Any other suggestions?
