What is Windows XP Hotfix?
I'm finding them when I go into add/remove programs.
Should I remove them?

Hi,

Do not remove them, they are the result of a visit to the Windows Update
site. By removing them, you uninstall the update. This is only there in case
any particular update cause a conflict for you (Note that not updates are
uninstallable). MVP Doug Knox has a utility to remove the listings and
associated uninstall files on his site under WinXP Utilities if they bother
you. It can also be done manually if you wish.
