Hotfix for Desktop Remote client

I see in Q827090 that there's a hotfix for the Remote Desktop/TS client
where the error is "Unable to create or access your My Documents folder.
Your connection settings will not be automatically saved on exit" I'm
getting this error using the client to connect from a Win2k Pro, SP4 achine
to Win2003 where users' home directories are redirected to the server.

How do I obtain that? Is there a phone number to call?
