Everytime i log into my account MSAS detects hot bar
installing. Is this bad? How do i stop this as it is
taking a lost of time to continually remove!

Send a suspect spyware report from the tools menu.
Scan with Microsoft AntiSpyware, Adaware and spybot again, but this time in
safe mode. Also empty your temporary internet files folder.

Restart in safe mode instructions:

If you are logging into a limited-user account then you
are experiencing a problem with the fact that the current
release does not support limited-user accounts, it only
suppports a single-user account, the administrator
account that installed the application.

About a month or two ago, someone reported that
CoolWebSearch "was" trying to install onto limited-user
accounts, yet when he ran CWShredder, it was not on the
system.
