Hot Synch Manager Crashes

I recently updated to Outlook 2003 and have a strange problem. I can
synch my Palm Tungsten E to my Outlook using HotSynch Manager with no
problem, but once the synch is complete HotSynch Manager crashes. I
have to restart it and it will work to synch again, but again, when it
is done it crashes.

This was not a problem with Outlook 2000. Any ideas on how to fix
this?
 
What is the exact error message? Have you checked with Palm to see if they
have updated their software?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
