Hot Sync with separate PDA's

I'd like to establish 3 separate Outlook profiles - each with its own
contacts, calendar, etc., and each with an ability to hot sync to a separate
PDA. In past versions of Outlook, this was accomplished by setting up a new
email account for each and loading the separate software for each PDA. That
doesn't seem to work with Outlook 2003,. Any hekp would be greatly
appreciated.
