Hot-Spot with Dropdown Menu

My website has a graphic with a menu list. Every menu item is a hot-spot
with hyperlink to another page. I would like one specific hot-spot item of
that menu to be a dropdown menu with a list of additional hyperlinks. How
can I do this ?
 
Not possible w/ an image map
- slice up your image and use Dhtml
