Hot fix for Article Q812400

I cannot do a scheduled virus scan with NcAfee..upon
contact I am told I need a hot fix for Article Q812400 and
Q812960. I have tried to access same on this site, to no
avail.
Could somebody point me in the right direction, please?

In order to obtain the hotfix, you'll have to contact Microsoft support,
just like the Knowledge Base instructs you to do:
