Horizontal Lines in reply

When I click on reply, Outlook puts a horizontal line in the message that
separates my message from the senders. How do I stop Outlook from doing this?
 
you can't control it - if it's the line I think you mean, it's added to all
HTML messages instead of ' ----- original message ---- '
