Horizontal lines don't print correctly

I have a form that I've set to have a page header and two columns. I put
horizontal lines at the bottom of each record in the detal section to act as
separators, and another horizontal line at the bottom of the page header that
spans both columns. When I print the form the lines in the detail section
show up fine, but the one in the page header only appears on the first page,
and not on any subsequent pages. I tried saving the form as a report, but
that's even worse - ALL of the lines disappear in the printout.

Loretta,
First, forms do not always print well. Forms are for viewing, not printing. You
should create a report to print your form.
It's pretty difficult to say without seeing the form/report itself, but...

Make sure that the lines have the DisplayWhen property set to Always, not Screen Only.
Try a thicker line at first to see if it makes any difference.
Be sure that the "header" line is not in the Page Header, and not the Form Header.
Make sure that you have the very latest print driver for your printer. Have you tried
this application on another PC?
