Horizontal line problem FP 2003

I have a small black horizontal line on a web page and don't know how it got
there or how to delete it. I can find no coding in code view. I quote two
newspapers articles and it is under the first article.

Please check my page. Thanks for any help to delete this line or duplicate
on the second article.
