Do you mean "MSN" ....No you cant alter any "homepage",to set a site
as youre homepage,open internet options,type in the homepage in the
space provided,then click "apply" & ok.You can also change MSN apearance
to the homepage,upper L.side of page,click "default view" or similiar..
