YOu have two home pages...index.html (which by the was is not a folder, it's
a page) and default.htm - you only need one, which one depends on what your
server is setup for.

Soory I'm a little new at all this
I dont see the index.htm page. I believe the homepage has been running fine
on index.html. I do have two homepages.....but the other one is named
home.html
I didnt think this mattered.
Ask your host which is required, rename the home page on your local copy to
that name and republish the site using changed pages only - that may delete
the other two pages automatically, but open the remote site to check and
delete them there if needed.
