homepage.com opens as the home page each time i open ie
6.0. have edited the registry, but it appears again.
have tried ad-aware, spy-bot and cw shredder with no
luck, any suggestions??

Which version of Windows?

Can you browse to www.pandasoftware.com ? If yes, go
there, run their active scan. Sometimes, Panda will
identify malware as a virus.

Try clean boot troubleshooting.

What did you edit in the registry? There are 2 or 3
likely keys that all have to be changed.

Download "hijack this", from
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

run it, then post the results at
