homepage changes

While surfing the web, I somehow picked up a webpage that
changes my homepage every time I restart my PC. I can
change back to my original homepage, but after
restarting, it does it again. Also, is there any way to
delete the list of websites from the homepage bar? Thanks

Sounds like you got your home page hijacked by some spyware/adware.
Run these tools:
spybot -- http://www.safer-networking.org/
ad-aware -- http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
