homepage changes and all shortcuts missing

Hello,
I have 2 problems with my computer the frist one is when
I turn off my computer and back on again my home page
changes from yahoo to some scearch site. And now as of
this morning my shortcuts are all gone. Anyone know how to
fix this? Thanks

Something is either wrong with IE, or your hard drive is
acting up, check and see if other things on your computer
have disappeared, if not, download the newest version and
updates for IE.
