I have setup a small network at my place of work. Now I want to access that
same network from home. They are currently setup as 2 different networks and
are working fine independently of eachother. Both setups have high speed
internet access and both setups are only running windows xp pro. I want to be
able to work from home and access data on my network at work. Would someone
mind directing me in the right direction I should be taking. I've searched
the net but there is just so much stuff to filter through that I was hoping
someone wouldn't mind helping me know where to start.

Thank you in advance,
Amber

Depending on the operating systems involved, look at Remote Desktop
(native to Windows XP) or third-party programs like pcAnywhere or
RealVNC.
