Home to Pro upgrade problem

Hello.
I attempted to upgrade a Sony Vaio notebook from Home to
Professional. The upgrade processs did not to produce any
error message. Upon completion and final reboot I see the
Windows XP Professional boot screen and then a few
seconds later I receive an error message. I think the
message is:
Isass.exe - not enough quota
Not enough virtual memory or paging space is available to
complete the specified operation.

After a split second of displaying this message the
system reboots and continues the cycle of displaying this
message and rebooting. Im guessing because the upgrade
was not yet complete, it does not provide a safe mode
option.

I have installed a fresh copy of xp pro into the windows
directory so at least I can get access to the c and d
drives but still can not load the upgraded install.

Any insight on how to resolve the Not Enough Quota
problem so I could get access to the original install
would be appreciated.

If I can get access to my Outlook PST file I don't mind
formatting and starting from scratch but am locked out of
that user account.

Thanks.

Merry Christmas and happy holidays.

After talking to several Sony support people, this is a
known issue with certain computer models and they
currently have no resolution for it.

With my computer model I was told to tap F10 (not hold
down) at startup and access the recovery utility by Sony.
This will take my computer back to it original state when
purchased but loose everything that I had installed on
the C drive.

Nice.
