Diane

I simply want to change font size and style.

'Help' tells me to change the font in Outlook 2007 by going to the home tab.

OKAY, JUST WHERE IS THE HOME tab??? I've gone through just about every menu
on every tab and clicked on everything clickable.

Microsoft makes changes about as understandable as Greek!!!

So, did you ever find out the answer to this question?

I'm having similar issues. I have Office 2007, and on all the apps EXCEPT
Outlook, the menu font follows my system settings. For some reason, Outlook
has a _huge_ font for all the menus, and I can't seem to find a way to change
it.

I will point out that I've set my system to use 120 DPI font settings - and
I know that causes problems for many apps that haven't considered what a
different font resolution might do to their display. But that's what the
system settings are supposed to be for! And I find it hard to believe that
all the apps from Office _except_ Outlook work fine.

If you are looking to change other fonts, look at a couple of places in
Outlook 2007 (I found these while looking for the way to change the menu
fonts):

1) the "view" settings will change fonts for each view. You can
generically change all the views by selecting "Views->Current View->Define
Views..."

2) the "message" fonts can be controlled through "Tools->Options...->Mail
Format->Stationary and Fonts..."

Other than that, you can set fonts in the system "Advanced Settings" panel
(unrelated to Outlook 2007), but they don't seem to affect anything about
Outlook 2007.

If someone figures out how to fix the hideously large fonts on the Outlook
2007 menus - please let me know...
