I guess I don't have a clue as to what you are asking. It certainly does not
appear to be connected to Microsoft Access database software, which is the
subject of this newsgroup -- perhaps you should look for a newsgroup about
small-business issues rather than software newsgroups (which is what you'll
find at microsoft.public...).
Just as an aside, from my experience, it would seem that "avoiding"
corporate culture would be one of the benefits of a small business, not
"sustaining" it.
