Home Page Reset and Pop Up

Somehow something has caused my home page to reset itself
to a search page, I reset it to my desired page, and a few
sessions later it resets itself. Secondly, there is a pop
up that appears in a little yellow box asking "want to
search for porn/" This seem to appear with the address of
the page I am seeking contains any word that resembles a
sexual term. For example, www.sexyloops.com , a fly
fishing and casting site from Australia, causes the popup
to appear. How do I get rid of these two vexing problems.
