I am triing to map the admin shar of a networked computer at home, I know in
NT 4.0 you could do if you were running behind a domain, i am using simple
workgroup config to do this network, can i do it with Xp pro And SP2?

Yes, provided that the computer that you're accessing over the
network:

1. Runs XP Pro, and:

2. Has simple file sharing disabled in My Computer | Tools | Folder
Options | View | Advanced settings.

If simple file sharing is currently enabled, disable it and reboot the
computer.
