Home Network problems

I have 3 computers hooked up through a hub. All are
running Win XP Home. All is fine except that one computer
(A)cannot be accessed from the other two (B, C). The
other two (B,C) can access each other and the One (A)
access the other two (B, C). However when B and C try to
access A, a message is received that says "Not enough
server storage is available to process this command."

What needs to be available and how do I make it available?
 
Thank you -- I am running NAV and this solution took only
a few seconds and worked wonderfully!
