Home Network has me locked out

I restarted my computer after running network setup wizard. I am at the login
screen and it will not accept my password I thought I chose nor any other
password I have ever used. I cannot enter my system at all. What do I do?

I am operating XP Home SP2.

Start the computer in Safe mode and log into the account named
"Administrator". By default, that account has no password. Then, go
to Control Panel > User Accounts and create a new password for your
regular account.

For details, see the section "Windows XP Home Edition or Windows XP
