[CRITICAL UPDATE - Anyone using Office 2003 should install the critical
update as soon as possible. From PowerPoint, choose "Help -> Check for
Updates".]
Hi Debbie,
It's the nature of HTML pages that they are stateless so they do not have
any knowledge of what page you were on previously. The browser keeps track
of that information, but the actual web page does not.
You should use the "Back" button on the browser if you want to navigate
away from the presentation to the web page you were on prior to linking to
the presentation.
If you know what page you will always be linking from, you can certainly
insert a hyperlink to that page inside the presentation but you would not
be going "back" to that page but, instead, going "forward" to a page that
just happens to have been browsed before.
