holidays

I went into tools/options and selected calendar
options/add holidays to get my calendar to display all
holidday. But nothing showed up. I tried several times
and each time it said that holidays were already loaded
did i want to re add them and i clicked yes. eventually i
found that the holidays were added but only to 2002. How
do i get the program to add the holidays to 2003 and 2004
