Ho do i ceate a rule in outlook for mails received from my manager or where
my manager is in cc list or where my manager is in to list.

Ideally if my managers name is in "From" or "To" or "CC" list I want to
move to a specific folder.

Try to use the "with specific words in the message header" condition. It
might not work if you are using Exchange.
