'HM' is undefined

I cannot read my Hotmail messages in IE. At the bottom of the browser I get
messages like:

javascript;;
Error on page.

When I click on "!" to get the error, it says
Line: 2
Char: 1
Error: 'HM' in undefined
Code: 0
URL:http://by136w.bay135.mail.live.com/mail/InboxLight.aspx?
FolderID=00000000-0000-0000-0000-
00000000001& ...etc

I seem to be having other problems as well. I try to view Hotmail in
another browser and it comes up in a very odd-looking format where everything
is stuck on the left-side of the browser. Accessing a few other sites the
format appears different as well.

Ad-Aware, SuperAnitSpyware, and AntiVir are all having difficulty in
finishing. All the scans and updates seem to hang.

Boot to Safe Mode and run Antivir and SuperAntiSpyware. You might also
try http://malwarebytes.org It's supposed to run better in a standard
Windows Mode, but try updating, and running it in Safe Mode first.
