Is it possable to do an Hlookup in MS Access and if so please do tell

if you first import the Access data to Excel you could use HLOOKUP on
the imported data. directly in MS Access: No (use a query to obtain the
same results)

Hi
in MS Acces you can create a query with your specific
settings/conditions
In Excel use 'Data - Import External Data - Import Data' for accessing
this pre-defined query

or
create a query directly with MS Query (in the same menu as the above)
