HKEY_USERS/SID always there even when that user is not logged in

Sorry, I am new to WinXP.

Here is my problem... I have a user account "UserB" that always has its
HKEY_USERS hive loaded in the registry even though the user is not logged
in. The user account is not being used to run any services that I am aware
of. I have checked the running processes for all users and there are none
listed for "UserB" and I have checked the services MMC to see if there are
any services that are being started by "UserB".

I am at a complete loss. I have even tried to unload the hive and am told
that an error occurred while attempting to unload it.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Larry

Well, I am still not sure what happened, however, the HKU\SID that was
showing up is now gone... I am starting to think that it was a network
connection that hung... not sure though. I will keep my eye out for it.
