BTW Mike, the URL specified by Mike Mulligan above is split into two lines.
You will have to copy and paste into Internet Explorer to get it to work.

You must have done a system restore back to a time before you installed
Corel Draw - Install it again, into the same place as before. Its
installation may offer a 'repair' option - if so try that
