This is a utility for the Intel motherboards, and it always errors out if
you are connecting via remote desktop. If you are not on a domain, then the
fast user switching uses the same technology so it may error out here as
well - I don't know. But it's not harmful - you just don't get configurable
hotkeys. You can disable it in msconfig if you'd like.
