Hit Counter

When I insert a hit counter on my web page the only thing that shows up is
[HIT COUNTER]. I have published it on my local ISP and have activated
FrontPage extensions, but still get the same results. What am I doing
wrong?

How are you Publishing to your FrontPage extensions enabled web?

If you did it in that order, that is why it doesn't work. First the FP
Extensions must be installed, then you can Publish the Web.
