Is it possible to access a history log of the all the dates and times a file has been accessed, not just the most recent? If so how

And any information on how to password protect a folder, not just password protecting the files within that folder, would be much appreciated

To keep a complete history of all the dates and times that you've accessed a document, launch Outlook and turn on the Journal option. Outlook can watch any other Office application and keep a detailed log of which documents were open, when and for how long
