History log of dates and user that modified the record in Access

Hi,

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to store in a table a
history of who modified a given record and the dates he/she modified
it. For exampke,

Meeting ID Meeting Name User Modified
Date modified
1 Discussed Area profit Sales John Doe
12/12/2005
1 Discussed Area profit Sales Joe Schmoe
12/13/2005
1 Discussed Area profit Sales Moe Smith
12/14/2005
1 Discussed Area profit Sales Joe Schmoe
12/19/2005

Please help me in this regards. Thank you very much for your help.

I am wondering this same thing. I tried with using several database fields,
and using the "AfterUpdate" procedure to equate one text box with the
'previous' text box, but it simply did nothing.
