I am having trouble (or mis-interpreting) the Histogram function in Excel. I
input Data and Bins as shown below in the first two columns. The fucntion
returns the information in the right columns. The fucntion output as well as
the plotted histogram seem shifted one bin up (or to the right in the plot).
Any help in understanding the problem would be appreciated. Thanks.
