Hijacked homepage

My home page gets changed to 'http://real-yellow-
page.com/index.php?aid=20037' whenever I boot the
computer. I have changed every instance I can find in the
registry but it gets over-written on boot-up. Even the
LavaSoft program said that it had removed the problem...
Any help with this pesky problem would be appreciated!

Then...
Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/ Did you update
Ad-aware before use?
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items listed in red- others
are optional.)
