Highmat Format

I recently used Windows Movie Maker to edit and burn my video on to DVD. The
quality was superb on playback through my PC.
The only problem was I could not play the DVD on either of my two DVD
players as they do not support the Highmat Format. I have looked at some DVD
players, but not seen any with this format.
Any suggestions?

Panasonic only

There are different flavours of HiMat as well, so you need to look very
carefully. It's best to use a third party software for making your dvds.
Such as Nero/roxio may already be on your pc. There are hundreds of others
you can buy.
In movie maker save you movie as a dv-avi file to import into your authoring
app.
