Highlighting Replies, Forwards and Comments

I am using Microsoft Outlo0k 2003 with Windows Vista.

Outlook has a feature where we could have a different text format for our
replies, forwards and comments than the original text. But it is common for
all 3 types.

Is there any way we could have individual and uniquie text formats for each
of them? i.e. replies, forwards and comments.

I already do - what are you not seeing in the Tools->Options->Mail
Format->Fonts section that is not letting you do this?
