Highlighting folders in Outlook 2003

I can not find out how to have my folders highlight when it is holding
unread emails.
Can anyone guide me to the correct settings.

Right click on the folder, choose Properties, put a checkmark by Show # of
unread items and Auto show MS Exchange views.
