Highlight text on screen but not in print

I am trying to highlight certain areas of text on screen which nee
continuous attention. However when I come to print and send th
document I do not want the highlighting to show. Any ideas ??

Use the usual highlighting. When you get ready to print, clear the check box
for "Highlight" on the View tab of Tools | Options. If the highlighting is
not displayed, it will not print. (IMO it would be preferable for this to be
a separate check box on the Print tab, similar to "Drawing objects," "Field
codes," "Hidden text," etc., but that is not the case.)
