I am having a problem trying to get a formula to work with using conditional formatting, and was wondering if I could get some help. The data being displayed in the worksheet is being grabbed from an access db, so I believe that when it is filled into the spreadsheet it is in text format. The column I wish to be checked for an expired date is column J the information that is populated into the fields is in the format of yymmdd but I am not sure if I can use a conditional formatting technique for the fact that the information that gets brought in from access appears to just be text and not in a date format even though it is set as one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For example if in column J there was a entry of 051004 (yesterday) the row would be highlighted red, preferably if possible just highlighting the row from column A - K
Thank you much for any help you can provide.
