Highlight every other line

I’m trying Highlight every other line to be shaded grey, does anyone now
formula that will do this all at once?

Select a great gaggle of rows then Format>Conditional Formatting>Formula is:

=MOD(SUBTOTAL(3,$A1:$A$2),2)=0

Select a gray format and OK your way out.
